I am having the same error. Looking for help as well.

Found a fix: I believe because of the updated plugin, you have to re-type in your App ID and Secret which can be found here: https://developers.facebook.com/ into the settings of your “Instant Articles” Section of your wordpress side panel. Hope this helps.

Yeah, same problem.

I figured out a temporary fix. I deactivated the 3.2.1 version and deleted it. 3.2, 3.1, and 3.0 would not activate when installed. You must downgrade to 2.8 in the mean time to get it working again.
