• Hi MailPoet Team, Have been using MailPoet 2 and our own email sender for DeepSpringFarm.com for 18 months or so and everything seemed ok. Updated to MailPoet 3 a couple weeks ago. Signed up for the free sending through Mailpoet (since we have 300 subscribers). I tested and made sure everything was working before sending out first post notification for “Blueberry Anticipation 2018”. I checked the history for the “Blueberry Anticipation 2018” post notification, and it reported sending to 292 out of 292 subscribers. Good deal I thought.
Last night, prepared a new post Yoga and Blueberries and posted. Waited for the automatic post notification to send. Check post notification history, I watch the real time process report sending to 146 (or similar number) of 296 subscribers. Next time I check history, there is no record of sending anything out regarding the Yoga and Blueberries post. Furthermore, there is no record of sending anything out about Blueberry Anticipation 2018. The post notication history is corrupted. Bad that I can’t tell who received the Yoga and Blueberries post and who didn’t.
But that is not all, the worst part is that the Read More post link (that is automatically generated by MailPoet) is bad, it links to a blank page. A subscriber notified me of the problem when they received the post notification by email. But it gets worse, I go back to the Bluberries Anticipation 2018 post notification received in email and check the link. That link is broken too! So no subscribers are able to access the content that I sent to them via email with MailPoet plug in and servers.
Thank you for your time and attention. I hope there are solutions that can be found today.

  • I backed up dtza from mailpoet 3, deleted from table database about old wysija and new mailpoet 3. I installed mailpoet 3 again and uploaded a backup and when everything runs … ?? Probably a problem in the old records in the database.
