Post-notifications not sent

Hello!
I use the free plan of Icegram and have a campaign for sending post-notifications. So far emails went out about 15 minutes after a new post was published (last one was in June 2023), but today I encountered issues:
- After publishing a new post, no notification-emails are being sent.
- A report is created, but if I open it it has a small red marker next to the title saying “inaktiv” (= german “inactive”).
- The report shows that no subscribers are included and no emails were sent.
- Additionally if I click on “preview” in the report list, an alert window opens telling me that “an error occured”.
Sending a test-email from settings works.
