  • Where did you download this theme from? I’m sorry but as you appear to be using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from www.ads-software.com here.

    I got it from my friend and I do not have an idea, if it is paid or free. I told him that I want this theme as installed in the given website and he has sent me the file in zip. If you can provide me any idea, then it would be great.

    The www.ads-software.com support forums are meant for the core application, themes and plugins that are distributed on www.ads-software.com. We do not support themes downloaded from elsewhere.
