Post order number

Posts are normally ordered by date with the newest appearing the top.
It’s easy enough to change the dates, but if you have lots this plugin may be able to help:

Thanks for reply, drag&drop is nice yes, but would be easier for an example if you can while writing Post to put order number on that page already.
But if there isn’t anything else? I’ll need to use this then.

The posts are ordered by date, so instead of just adding an order number, just adjust the date.
