post page change effects

I was in a hurry to build a new website and once ready, built a lot of galleries in Elementor, bypassing the WP editor, as I didn’t know anything about it. In more recent ones I started adding text and other recommended things there, as in the example link, with text above the classifications in the gallery.

So I was going to go back and add such to other galleries, but when I go to the WP editor, after the title, the space to do so is gone, as clicking in it goes to Elementor. If I click on ‘go back to WP editor, I get a warning that my current design may break. So is there any danger in adding the text that will go above completed pages, below the header, such as on https://theearlybirder.org/belted-kingfisher/ or would it look similar to the millipede example, changing nothing else?
