Post page only show posts in that category

Ajax Load More offers various ways to do this, but if you are on an archive page the easiest way is to simple set archive=”true” in your shortcode.

Is there a way for the infinite scroll on posts pages to only show posts from the same category? Right now it’s pulling in posts from all categories. Thanks for your help.
