    Hi Forminator Team,

we are processing applications and are using Email and Google Sheet for incoming applications.

Everything works fine except that since a few days the “Post/Page Title” as a hidden field is not beeing submitted.

I already tried deleting the hidden field and creating a new one without success.

    Thanks for Help

    Hi @bobthecat

    Hope you are doing fine!

I tried to reproduce this error in my lab site but the page title is getting submitted every time.

Could you check if you have the latest plugin version?

If the plugin is up to date, a full plugin/theme conflict test would be also suggested in this type of scenario. The test will help determine if another plugin may be removing the hidden field values. Make sure you have a recent backup and perform this operation on your dev/staging site if possible.
To learn more about a plugin conflict test, please see this guide below:?https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test.

Basically, you’ll need to deactivate all plugins, except Forminator and switch to a basic theme. Then test if the issue persists. If it doesn’t then start activating the plugins/theme one by one until you identify the one causing the issue.

Let know the results of the conflict test to provide further help.

    Kind regards

    Luis

    Hello @wpmudev-support2,

my support agency tried but gave me negative response… is there a way to get paid support from your side?

    The page is:

    https://www.persofind.at/jobs

The form can be found within the jobs.

    Warm Regards

    Hi @bobthecat

    1. Please export your form and upload it to google drive or dropbox and share a link in your next reply so that we could test this form on out side.
    2. Let us know does page /jobs/ is a custom post type made by your developers with some custom fields and the data from those fields are mapped in hidden fields or if this is some jobs plugin? Please let us know all possible valuable data so we could make a proper test on our side.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Hi Kris,

    thanks for your kind support.

Here ist the link to the exported form:

    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gUIJbJJREPoB4kUX_EOPyIfXt7LJPIUk/view?usp=share_link

“Jobs” is a Custom Post Type created with ACF / There are no hidden fields within this post type itself. There is no further Job Plugin active.

PS: It worked until mid of April very fine. Since then, all the values are transmitted fine, except Post/Page Title.

Let me know if I can provide further information.

    Thanks!

    Hi @bobthecat

Thank you for response and sharing the form.

I tested it and I can see the issue there. The workaround for now is to switch form to NOT use AJAX on load: in form’s “Behavior” settings there’s a “Rendering” section where you have “Load form using AJAX” option enabled.

Once you disable it and save form (you may also need to clear all caches), it should start working again.

That being said, we already have this issue reported and the fix is on a way. It seems that the upcoming release may be solving that. I don’t have ETA but it should be published very soon.

    Best regards,
    Adam
