Post Pop Up

I have a website, the home page of which displays latest 6 posts (using Post Grid). Each of these in the grid has a ‘Read More’ kind of button… Using POP UP MAKER i have set to open a pop up upon clicking the ‘Read More’ button or the post title or post excerpt.

I WANT TO OPEN EACH POST IN A POP UP! either from home page or blog page.

I have Shortcodes Ultimate installed. But not sure how to get it working in this scenario.

Can someone help me to get each post to open a popup with full post content/functionality, with internal/externals links capabilities?
