    So I’m trying to figure out how to create a post purchase email in Klaviyo.

    The problem I’m having is: I’d like to have a button on the email that says “Check my order”. This would then link back to their order so they can view it, and possibly view its status (completed or not).

    Will that only work if the customer has created an account on my site? Or can people that used express pay also view their orders somehow? Or do I need to encourage customers more to create an account?
