Post rating of front end created post

Hi Daniel,
on one of my sites give the possibility to create posts from frontend via ACF API into a custom post type. There I have multiple items separately rated by select box – so lets say 5 selectboxes containing a value equals the rating of a specific item. Is there an “easy” way to give the values of those select fields as initial post item ratings during the post creation process (post variable / submission of newly created post)?
