Post Revision and Author Selection missing in "add post" and "edit post"

  • I have just updated to 3.1 and I cant find the post revision and author selection sections which were so readily available in previous versions.

    Does anyone here have any idea whats going on ? why are they missing ?

    Someone please help me =(
