Post settings are not shown

  • When im within a post, i have some settings on the right panel but not all of them are shown. By pure coincidence (and frustration) i found out that if i spam refresh, sometimes some of the settings will appear. So 20% of the time, i can set a featured image, and other times i might be able to set tags, but thats even more rare.

    I have disabled all plugins to test. No difference. Tried changing theme. No difference.
    On Apache with PHP 7.4, because thats what the hosting provider forced me to.

    Here are some pictures to show what i mean. You can see the settings im presented changes just by spamming refresh.

    I created most of the page locally with LocalWP. This behaviour started on my hosting providers managed WordPress. Are they more prone to bugs or something? Kind of new to all things WordPress but really surprised by this. If anything, i thought it would be the other way around

    That’s very Easy Process! Don’t worry.

    This means that?you’ve turned off a setting on your dashboard to reveal the Featured Images column. To fix the situation, find and click on the Screen Options tab in the dashboard’s upper right-hand corner. You have to be on the Posts or Pages panel for the right Screen Options panel to appear.

    Hi. Thanks for your reply. Didnt even know of the option up there, but everything is checked up there, and featured image is not part of the options either
