Post showing [DISPLAY_ULTIMATE_PLUS]

If the user placed the shortcode manually on his posts, it also needs to be removed manually again (nothing to do with our plugin). Please check his posts for that shortcode and remove it.

These were not added manually, I am creating brand new posts and it’s displaying at the bottom of each one. Please advise.

Our plugin doesn’t add the shortcode automatically. It must have been inserted manually in your posts template.

Something is adding it automatically, it was NOT added manually the text editor shows nothing in the post yet it still appears….

Which PHP file should I be looking at? I looked at single.php and can’t find any references there

We don’t know how your theme works exactly. Could you please ask your theme creator?
