Post showing only as excerpts

  • When I create a post it is showing up on the page as an excerpt.
    Then when I click on it, it doesn’t go to the full text.

    I have check the
    For articles in all feed full text in the Settings > Reading page but it is still showing just an excerpt.

    I have buddypress installed as well as WPLMS themeforest.

    Can you tell me what I am doing wrong or what I need to change so that the full text shows on the article and blog pages?

  • This is unusual; you shouldn’t have to do anything.

    Normally the theme determines where an excerpt is shown and where the full post is shown.

    Can you include a link to your website so that I can take a look at the HTML that is created?

    What theme are you using?
