    Hi

This a very good framework to help designing websites. Thank you.

I use Post slider block on my home page to present some posts I want to put in front.
When using the “Display settings” of the Post slider block, whatever the value and whatever the unit (px, %…) I use, the height of the slider don’t change…

    Am I missing something ?

    Thanks in advance

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @welshfg,
I’ve checked the slider on the provided page and it looks like there is configured 349px height. Could you change it to 600px for example, save changes and reply back so I’ll check the slider again?

    Hi @dimned
    I change it to 600px.
When you checked it, it was configured at 50px.
So is there a minimum default value ? Is it depending of the images ?
    Thanks

    Hi @welshfg,
Thank you for your reply. The minimum height of the Post Slider is defined by the content available in the slides. It is not possible to set the height of the slider lower than there is content displayed.
Let me know if it is helpful or if you have further questions?

    Hi @dimned
    Thanks for the reply.
If I understand well, if I use 2 pictures, one of 100px f height, the other of 150px, I could adjust the height of the slider over 100px but not less ?

Maybe it could be an enhancement ?

    Hi @dimned

I resized the four pictures of the slider to have 150px height. I set the height of the slider at 150px.
But the slider seems to have around 300px height.
    Can you check please ?
    Maybe I’m wrong about something.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @welshfg,
Slider Height option of the Posts Slider block allows you to define the minimum height of the slider.
If you want to decrease the height of еру Slider you may add your own template in a few clicks:
    – click on Pos Slider and in the right property section find Display Settings > Post Template > Click New
    – name your new template and select Background Featured Image preset
    – set up Image Height and Image Size options and set Padding Top, Bottom Right and Left as Small or None
    – publish the layout and get back to edit your page with Post Slider.
    – under the Post Template click Update button and select you just added template.

Let me know if it is helpful.

    Hi @dimned

Very impressed by these possibilities I didn’t know.
It works as I wanted to !
    Many thanks !

One more question : by clicking the “View all” templates, you are directed to “wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=getwid_template_part”
But there’s no way to go there in the admin menu panel… Or am I missing something ?

So you can access it only through the post slider block options.

And this kind of template is available only for Post slider ?

    Thanks.

    Hi @welshfg,
Thank you for your reply and further question. You may find a direct link to view all Getwid Templates you added for posts listing or slideshow by navigating to More tools & Options while editing post or page (3 vertical dots at the top right-hand corner of the screen)
It would be much helpful if you rate Getwid plugin https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/getwid/reviews/ Thanks.
