Post Slug unicode problems

    I am using NON-ENGLISH unicode blog. Earlier I have installed blog in subfolder with default permalink.

    Now I want to move that blog on root with pretty permalink. But if i change that, my post slug shows me junk letters like %3dsdh%sdhsh%%%shs like this… This is because my post title is also in NON-ENGLISH language.

    Do I need to write post slug manually to all my past 2000 posts ? Is there any solution ?

    please guide.
