Post SMTP email error

  • I have received 3 emails with the above subject.
    “https://smallcaps.com.au: Post SMTP email error” to be exact.

    Followed by:

    “You getting this message because an error detected while delivered your email.
    For the domain: https://smallcaps.com.au
    The log to paste when you open a support issue:
    No body specified”

    I’m not sure why I’m getting this email message or how to resolve it.
    If someone from support could please advise.

    I’m using the plugin so that when people register to our forum they are sent an email that looks like it’s coming from our site’s email address and not wordpress.

    PS. When I tried to post this on your site’s forum support it gave an error message: “ERROR: The diagnostic info is required.”

    Check the plugin email log and hover the specific email, you will see an option to view the mail content. By checking the details you can understand “who” tried to send an email without a body.
