Post SMTP email error

  • Hi,

    Every time I submit the form on https://zuiderburen.com/lid-worden I can see the confirmation message which says the form has been send successfully. I created the form using Caldera forms plugin.

    Directly after I press submit I receive two e-mails indicating there is an error detected while delivering the email. The logs say:
    – 5.7.0 Invalid login or password
    – Invalid “From” e-mail address “”

    In the Caldera plugin I can see the submissions but I should see them in my e-mail as well. How to solve this?
