Post Submission Emails

I have set up the plugin completely here and everything is working fine but when user submits a post from frontend Admin is suppose to receive email and when admin changes anything to the post and save it suich as changing post status or content, then that user should receive an email as an update. We are not receiving those emails. Please advise!
