Thanks for your message. This is a feature of the pro version “AutoSocial”: https://northernbeacheswebsites.com.au/autosocial/. It doesn’t show it in the screenshots as this feature was released after the sales page screenshot, but you can do this using the shortcode: [POST_TAGS] and this will achieve what you mentioned. You can also have shortcodes for custom fields as well as per feature 12 on the sales page.
