Post text color

    Hello
    If you look at my post text colour, its white, I am happy with this. However in my dashboard when I am writing a new post it is pale green, I dont know how this came about, but I am partially sighted and need to get the text back to black when I am writing whilst leaving the published posts white text.
    I am using the theme weaver extreme and it is easy to change the post text colour but it doesnt change the text colour in admin when writing a post.
    I am using WordPress
    I am using wordpress classic editor, there is a drop down colour chart but it only changes the colour of the sentece you are writing and it also changes the colour on the published post.
    Is there a way to change this green default colour to black

  • Since the green coloring is also not standard for the Classic Editor, I suspect that your theme already sets a coloring here. My advice would be to contact the support of the theme you are using to clarify your issue: https://weavertheme.com/weaver-xtreme/

    Thank you for getting back to me. I had an obvious brainwave and tested another theme, the problem was gone. As you suggest, the problem has to be with my current theme.
