Post thumbnail linking problem

Hello,
I use WP Anniversary Theme. My page is here:
https://www.msabu.linuxpl.info/Each thumbnail in post excerpt should link to post content. I tried to fix it with solution mentioned on this page:
https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Function_Reference/the_post_thumbnailUnfortunately I can’t see any results.
