Post thumbnails on category pages

Which file do I need to edit in order to show post thumbnails, that are visible for posts on the index page, on category pages?

To further clarify, I’d like all .entry-summary divs in category pages (https://site/category/name) to contain a .post-thumbnail div within, just like on the index page showing the latest posts.
