Post Thumnails are not displaying….

Hi,
My site is etechtricks.com. Just to test, I set post thumbnail only for this article https://etechtricks.com/format-hard-drive/. But it doesn’t work. It checked in homepage and as well as in category page. I don’t know much about scripts. Can anyone explain me to solve this problem…
