Post Tiles Plugin Not working?

I was using Post tiles Plugin in my website for more than three months. IT WORKED WELL THANKS FOR GREAT PLUGIN But yesterday something went wrong now my page is not working.

Now nothing shown in that page when the plugin is active. But when plugin is inactive following short codes are shown.
