Post Title and Excerpt Not Displaying

Please help. The title and excerpt of post is not displaying when shared with FB, LinkedIn and Goolge+. I used the
echo do_shortcode('[ssba url="'.get_permalink().'" title="'. get_the_title().'"]')to display the buttons. Also for FB sharing, it only displays a random image found on the page as its thumbnail. How can I fix this?https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/simple-share-buttons-adder/
