Post title and metakey in one field

  • Hi Markus,
    Thanks for wery usability plugin.
    I need add title and metafield in one form field.
    I have post title Butter, metakey: 22 and title water metakey: 11.
    I want view title in one field and metakey same choice in second field.
    Can i help me?
