Post title block?

I see there is a block library available as a package for Gutenberg. I am looking for a way to add a post title block inside my post content (and other post metadata). I would be grateful if someone could direct me on how to install and use the post title block (from the block library or from elsewhere).

The reason I want to do this is that a plugin I use adds a video at the top of the post content and I want to put the post title after the video, before the rest of the post content.

I know I can do this with php code or custom content shortcodes, but it would be nicer to be directly in Gutenberg.
