Post Title Broken in Category Feeds

I just started using my category feeds and realised that for some reason, all the titles in the category feeds use the category name and not the actual post title.

The category page is at https://new.clickthrough-marketing.com/blog/category/sem-articles
and the feed url is https://new.clickthrough-marketing.com/blog/category/sem-articles/feed

All the titles for that feed are “SEM Articles | ClickThrough Search Engine Marketing”

The descriptions for each item are all fine.

Anyone have any idea why this might be happening? I’m using an entirely custom WP theme if that has any bearing whatsoever..
