Post Title Help

I’m using wordpress and I installed everything fine. I’m using the them Blix. I was wondering how do I edit the Post Title area. For example, right before the post I want it to list:

Month Day Year – Post Title
Day of the Week, Posted @ Time (then categories here).

Can anyone show me how this is done and where to edit it at?
