Post title link to original source?

Thanks a lot for your plugin.

I’m however struggling to achieve one thing:

I would like the post titles to link directly to the original source of the RSS feed I’m pulling. Meaning, when a visitor clicks on the post thumbnail or title, he does not get to the post itself, but is directly redirected to the original source. Like is now the case on https://ncollig.net, for example.
