Post Title & SEO Title Confusion

    The link I’ve given is a page I’m still working on.

    I set my goal as getting all green on SEO but I have come across a problem.

    I have to include the keyword in the title of my article and if I do then the title is longer than the visible allowance recommended by Yoast and it doesn’t like it. I lose my green. The problem is then the title, isn’t as clear, as I would like it.

    Is there any way I can fix this or should I ignore the standard given by Yoast?

    I’ve looked at all the help stuff but I find a lot of the information difficult to follow.
