    Hi Amanda,

    My CPT name is “wpm-testimonial” so no other plugin or theme should fetch that post type. To change the slug, try the method outlined here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/how-to-change-the-slug

    Thanks for your quick reply. Interestingly, the original shortcode is working just fine with my theme. The strong shortcode pulls the posts from my CPT ‘testimonial’, including all the CSS relating to my use of jQuery Cycle. I wonder what is causing the conflict? If you have any thoughts let me know… for now, I’ll use the original code for the display.

    Make sure your theme is calling the wp_head and wp_footer action hooks. Other than that, there’s not much I can do unless you want to send me your theme via the contact page at wpmission.com.
