Post (type) feature links and others

I have a question about the post (type) feature. I use this feature on my website and a client’s, and this client asked me why he couldn’t click on posts by the images, plus the title as it is now. How can I resolve this question of his?
Another question is about improvements with regard to margin and padding: often the client would like these images to be a little closer together, but the plugin does not provide this possibility; when the grid has a larger image on the side, this image does not follow the size of the grid, leaving it with an irregular size, in addition to not following the length of the rest of the home elements. I illustrated this better in the attached images.
My question is also a suggestion for improvements in this block, for a better fit of these images in the grid and for the images themselves to link to posts or pages in addition to the titles.
