post type like a quotation request

    Hi there, just a question.
    I have this project to be made where users register to a website as buyer or as a seller and can have access to a custom post type like a quotation request one can set the quotation request (buyer) the other can fill the answer (seller).

    The point is to notify all sellers when a buyer create a new quotation request (CPT) regarding their business as sort of CPT category of interest.

    How can be done with your plugin? with add on? Which one?

    How can set the registration form (i’m using profile builder at the moment) to allow sellers to choose the category of interest so that can be used to get proper notification?

    Thanks for your message.

    If it were me, I would use a form plugin, such as Gravity Forms, to collect quotation requests on a specifc post (quotation CPT) and some custom coding to collect user data and send them to the appropriate users. Gravity Forms is, in my experience, very developer friendly and would be a good fit for this but there may be other solutions out there. I’m not sure BNFW would be a good fit for this purpose.

    Probably I was not clear…

    I will do what you say using CF7 (or gravity) collecting answer this is the PHASE 2 and is actually a kind of inverted classified websites can be done with CPT + a form + some coding that I can do

    seller1-> buyer
    seller2-> buyer
    seller3-> buyer

    What I intend to use your plugin for (+ add on) is to notify all possible sellers that some buyer is looking for some possible goods that maybe they can have and this is the PHASE 1

    buyer-> seller1
    buyer-> seller2
    buyer-> seller3

    I was thinking to implement the PHASE 1 using your Conditional Notifications Add-on…

    A buyer will add is quotation request, of some kind of category goods, and ONLY if CPT category match some interest some kind of seller registered users (SUBSCRIBER SELLER TYPE A but there will be more) will receive the notification so they can go on (if they want and have he goods) with the PHASE 2

    I think I understand. So you want to notify users that are interested in a for sale item that is published in a particular category – is that correct?

    Do you need it to send out periodically or immediately when a new item is listed for sale in a particular category?

    I was thinking to use 2 ADD on

    1) Subscriptions Add-on (GDPR)
    2) Conditional Notifications Add-on

    So i can create A LIST od possible notification that have interest for them so people can subscribe after the creation of their account if the want to
