Post Types not in the backend menu

    Relevant to this: I’ve just added more post types. Some of them appear in the backend menu. But not at the desired position (under “Media” instead of under “Posts” as I’ve selected).

    I found out that a custom post type does not appear in the backend menu if its slug is longer than 20 characters. After shortening the slug the CPT appear.

    I don’t know if this is a WP internal rule. I would be glad, if your plugin would handle this in future.
