Post update failed – Technical issue with duplicate-post-options.php

    Hello,

    We’d created a post using Duplicate Post but ran into problems trying to update it. First there was a 403 error from the post update request then a Technical Issue screen appeared with this reported error (via email)

    I had to disable Yoast Duplicate Post to be able to save the post update. Any idea what could be the cause please?

  • Hi @djadan,
    we’re sorry for the problem you are experiencing.
    From what we can see in the error message that you posted, it could be that for some reason the update process didn’t extract all the files in the plugin folder.
    Can you ty to *delete* the unactivated Yoast Duplicate Post plugin and re-install it again?
    Let us know if it solves the issue, otherwise we’ll try to find out what else is wrong.
