Post Views counter stop working

  • Hi,

    I really like this plugin and using it for my website but from last month post views counter stop working and i see zero post views in backend.

    I’m using Enfold theme and may be there is conflict between theme and plugin. Any help would be really appreciated.

    It’s strange that it stops working, what comes to mind is the following scenes:

    Scene 1
    1-You have a cache plugin
    2-You have a plugin that generates a javascript error in front-end
    3-On occasions these errors makes other plugin stop working

    Recommendation
    Open browser CHROME, install extension JavaScript Errors Notifier And check if a javascript error appears, this may be the problem.

    I have also seen a big decrease in the number of views being counted by Yuzo Pro, since at least 3 months ago.

    I use WPRocket caching plugin, but it hasn’t been an issue previously.

    If we turn the “Magnificent Views Counter” Disabled setting to “On”, then we won’t be able to use a Yuzo “Most Popular” widget based on views, correct?
