post won’t update

hello,

when i change a post and click on “publish” it get stacked and never publish it with the changes i made.

i cleared browser cache and also installed “w3 total cache” plugin to clear all cache and it still dont work.

i contact my hosting and they tell me there is nothing they can do.

so how can i solve this problem? i cant update my site.
i use wordpress 5.8
