postacode limitation for shipping

Hi, I installed the flexible shipping plugin for each country for zipcode.

I specified for example:
Spain € 24
then another separate value: spain – Canary € 42 and jo specified the zipcode.

The problem is that it does not calculate by postal code, even if I put in the cart a postal code of another country does not calculate. https://prntscr.com/lou5q1

I contacted the assistance of the plugin but they told me that for their side everything is correct. That you need to check and set some woocommerce / woordpress settings.
