Postal Code and State, County required fields for every country

  • Hi everyone,

    Is there a way that we can set postal code and state or county (except for the countries that have state options) as <u>required</u> fields for every country in the world in functions.php? Or do I have to edit class-wc-countries and other files inside woocommerce plugin folder?
