Postal number transmitted incorrectly

Recently, when someone sends something to a Packstation, the post number is no longer correctly transferred to our Billbee inventory management system. The postal number is already displayed separately under the shipping address in the WooCommerce orders and not at all in Billbee.
In the shipping fields we have specified “address_2” as the name for mapping to “name 2” in Billbee, which should be correct according to Billbee. What do we have to change to make the transfer work correctly again?The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
