Postcode check

Hello,
I am looking for a way to validate address and postcode information for shipment.
The latest moment I want to know if an address / postcode is valid is during the export of the shipment. This allows me to contact the client and get the correct shipment details.
Of course the preferred way is to have a customer entries validated while he fills in his shipment details.
Is there anyway the PostNL plugin can assist herein?
If not what would be your advise for address / postcode validation? Any plugin you could recommend that works with PostNL plugin set to Dutch addresses for Dutch customers and WordPress addresses for Belgium customers?

@rruyter PostNL customers can make free (fair) use of the Adrescheck basic national: https://developer.postnl.nl/browse-apis/addresses/adrescheck-basis-nationaal/how-to-use/ however this is not yet available as a WooCommerce Plugin or as functionality of the PostNL WooCommerce plugin, so you will need to have some coding skills to use this.
