• Hi, Can anyone help me please?

I have input my postcodes and selected Postcode shipping as the default option in shipping in Woocommerce, but in my cart Shipping & Handling shows this message instead of the dropdown options: “There doesn‘t seem to be any available shipping methods. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”

Calculate Shipping appears below the sub-total for the goods, but even when I input the details it still doesn’t add the shipping cost to the total.

You can experience the process here and see the problem: https://lucyslogs.co.uk/shop-2/

    Anyone got any ideas please?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Can you please give me delivery test details like country, state, postcode which you are used in postcode shipping plugin. So i can test the process.

    Hi Rizwan,
I have simply set the countries to be UK and Ireland.
In the Shipping part of WooCommerce Settings i have installed the Postcode Shipping Plugin and made Postcode Shipping the default category for shipping.

I have then set up 22 postcode rules
No1 being the follow postcodes: BL,M,OL Set to £20.00
    No2: B,CV,DY,LE,NN,WS,WV Set to £39.00
    and so on

Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Thanks, that’s interesting as it still doesn’t work here.

    Thanks

Window7 and Mozilla browser. I hope it didn’t effect based on browser/OS because it works on all platforms. Clear your Browser cache and try once.

    Cheers

    Hi Rizwan,
Thanks for your help but I’ve tried and it still does not work. I have removed the flat rate as it should not be on there and show everything and flat rate.
I want the Postcode shipping to work, but it doesn’t for some reason.

Have you seen this kind of thing before?
Ive enclosed a screen shot of the issue:

    Thanks

    Hello Phil,

Sorry to say, your postcode declaration patron is wrong. You should declare like M168DW,M168DX,M168DY,M168DZ. But now you declared as E London, N London, NW London. Hope you understand and if you want know more about postcode patron please read the description below the “postcode/zipcode” field in admin panel.

    Thanks

    Hi Rizwan,
    Thanks.
Does that mean that I will need to input full postcodes for all the areas?if so it could take days to do.

Can you recommend and simpler postcode based solution?

    Thanks

Sorry to say Phil, this plugin doesn’t work as you expected when your going to use postcode between two zones(for UK postcodes only).
you are trying to enter group of postcode like “SW1-SW10”. But actually it won’t work for now i give one solution.
If you have alpha-numeric character in your postcode it should be like this
    1. “SW1-SW9”
    2. “SW10-SW99”
    3. “SW100-SW999”
    4.”SW1000-SW9999″
Or if your postcode like this “SW1A1AA” see below example
    1.”SW1A1AA-SW1A1BA”

Here Count of character in starting code and ending code should be equal(only if you are going with alpha-numeric character)

I hope you understand. In future version i come with better solution.

    Hi Rizwan,
Thanks. So if Rule-1 is like this:
    BL1-BL9,BL10-BL30,M1-M9,M10-M40,OL1-OL9,OL10-OL20

Then Rule-2 would be like this:
    B1-B9,B10-B99,CV1-CV9,CV10-CV47,DY1-9,DY10-DY14,LE1-LE9,LE10-LE95,NN1-NN9,NN10-NN99,WS1-WS9,WS10-WS99,WV10-WV99

    and so on?

Hi Rizwan, Thanks. I’ve input all the postcodes as per and it still doesn’t work.
I get this message in Shipping and Handling on the Cart screen:
“There doesn‘t seem to be any available shipping methods. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”

    Any ideas?
