postcodes

i am looking to be able to create pages that are automatically associated with postcodes, i have the codepo_gb data of all postcodes but not sure how to use. Idea is if i have a service i want to create a page that if someone in a town in Scotland searches in his town a page will show relevant to their town likewise someone in london?
