    I think it’s a child theme of Twenty Ten (somebody made it for me) so what do I do?

    It’s not a child of Twenty Ten.

    Ow, ok, sorry. I found references to Twenty Ten in the code. I have:

    functions.php
    index.php
    options.php
    footer.php
    header.php
    options-framework.php
    options-interface.php
    options-medialibraryuploader.php
    options-sanitize.php

    You need to contact whoever made the theme for you.
