Posted review and it shows it twice

I thought I was onto a great plugin. I like everything about it, but just tried posting first review to test and its showing up twice. Why would it duplicate a single review? Any ideas on how to fix this? I had to deactivate the plugin until this can be fixed, so hopefully you can help without the link. We left all settings as default. ??
