    Hi There,

if you view my home page, you can see that the posterboard grid is not displaying correctly.

For some reason the plugin deactivated itself and so when i activated it, it displayed the way that you currently see.

Could you please help me resolve it. There was no updated needed to be made for the plugin itself and im not sure what else to do.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi jayxcamps,

I had a simular problem with the plugin deactivating itself. I went into the setting of the main plugin ‘All-in-one Event…’ and signed into the Timely Network with the credentials i used for the Extended View Add-on (Pasteboard).
I then activated the Extended view add-on and everything worked fine afterwards. Hope it helps.

Maybe just a caching problem. Delete your cache also your browser cache, refresh your browser window and see if it helps.

    @ferdiax

    Still no luck.

Do you have your Pasteboard style set to Grid?

Annoying when something like this doesn’t work.

Maybe if you just added the shortcode for the posterboard, something like this:
    [ai1ec view=”posterboard” cat_name=”Concerts,Expos,Theater”]
with a list of the categories you wish to display. This is the way i use it.

    Hi @jayxcamps,

Be sure your calendar is logged into the Timely Network under Events > Settings with the same account that you downloaded the addon, and also the core calendar. This will keep the addon active.

For the display problem; Try this:

Navigate to Events > Theme Options > click the Save Settings button.

Also, navigate to Events > Settings > click the Save Settings button.

This will regenerate your CSS and javascript references.

Let me know how that works.
