• I’ve been using the posterboard view since 2015 for our website. It now does not display in posterboard view with a bounding boxes, badges or formatting, just collapsed text. (the link here I have set to ‘agenda’ view as a stopgap solution till I get this sorted out, but if you change to posterboard you will see the problem. Agenda view is unaffected).
Is there something straightforward in the code that I need to change to fix this? I adapted the original theme to make it work with my own font and colours, which may be non-standard. Or alternatively is there a way of reinstalling a previous version of extended views?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    stream view also not working
    agenda view unaffected. Hmmmmmmmmm

    Hi @tobypark,

Please try: Dashboard -> Events -> Theme Options and hit Save Options (this regenerates the CSS).

    Thanks,
    Ben

Our posterboard view works but deactivates itself quiet often as soon as we reactivate it if fine for a period but this is causing issues if we do not realise it has deactivated itself

    Hi @eventsnwales,

We are adding functionality and making performance improvements to our addons that will provide more value to our clients. This involves running some components of the addon features on our servers, so you need to sign into Timely Network in your admin panel(plugin settings page) to use the “Extended View” addon and its features. Also, do not forget to activate the addon after logging in to the network.

    Thanks,
    Ben

Hi Ben, i have done this on numerous occasions my account is connected in the setting on the wordpress plugin and now after signing into the Time.ly back end the extended views is not even listed under my wordpress plugins both are showing under the Calendars connected to Timely API please advise if that is correct.

@eventsnwales, please log into your Timely account and open a ticket by clicking on the Get Help link, or click here: https://dashboard.time.ly/account/get-help and we will continue there.

    Thanks,
    Ben

I have the same issue as the OP on upgrading to ai1ec 2.5.30 from 2.5.29
My site is running WP 4.9.5 and PHP 7.1.16

I was able to roll back to version 2.5.29 and posterboard etc. now works OK once more. FYI I use a plugin called ‘WP Rollback’ : https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-rollback/

    Update:
I just updated once more to 2.5.30 in order to try the ‘Dashboard -> Events -> Theme Options and hit Save Options’ suggestion made by @bsokic above. However, this time the posterboad view was working fine right from the start. No need to (re)save any settings… ??
